Nathan’s career in the construction and renovation industry began at an early age, operating heavy machinery at just 10 years old alongside his father. This hands-on experience provided him with a solid foundation in the industry, quickly mastering various machinery and developing a strong work ethic.

In 1994, Nathan pursued Structural Engineering at the University of Colorado (CU). His education honed his technical skills and problem-solving abilities, which he applied in a sales management role in the home improvement sector after college.

In 2003, Nathan co-founded a renovation company with a focus on single-family home renovations, additions, and new construction. The business thrived, and by 2009, Nathan ventured out on his own, specializing in remodeling, flipping, and building new single-family homes. His expertise soon expanded to include larger-scale projects like apartment complexes and condominiums, where his attention to detail and project management skills delivered exceptional results.

Nathan’s success in residential projects led to significant hotel remodeling contracts with major brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, La Quinta, and extended-stay motels. Recognizing the importance of specialized leadership, Nathan personally trained Don, who now serves as CEO of the Hotel Renovations Specialty Group at HRS Group, LLC. Under Nathan’s mentorship, Don ensures that the company maintains its high standards in every hotel project.

Today, HRS Group, LLC, under Nathan’s leadership and Don’s guidance in the Hotel Renovations Industry, offers a comprehensive range of services to all hotel clients. From privately owned to new multi-million-dollar hotels by bigger brands, Nathan and his team are committed to delivering exceptional results that meet and exceed client expectations.
